Darrick is our project manager/job superintendent. He’s been with Frampton Homes since 2020! Darrick is on the job sites daily ensuring every stage of the build is being completed to the Frampton Homes level of expectations and standards. He makes certain the custom details are executed correctly and timely to ensure we have a smooth building process for each homeowner. Outside of work, Darrick enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching football.
Dani has been with Frampton Homes from the start. She started out in real estate, transitioned into the design portion of the building process, and now has a leadership role. Her main responsibility is taking homeowners creative ideas and making sure they're done in the most financially responsible way possible. Outside of work, Dani loves to do water sports at the lake (wakeboarding, wake surfing, paddle boarding, you name it, she likes it). Her and Justin love to spend time with their kids and keep busy with all their fun activities they're involved in.
Allie has been our designer at Frampton Homes since 2017! When building with Frampton Homes, you will work with Allie from your initial plans and specs meeting where you make selections for your home, all the way through to your final walk through. She takes pride in connecting with each homeowner to help make their design dreams and wants come to life! Updating you each step of the way, organizing your decisions, and communicating details are key steps in her role to make the build be as stress free and fun as possible. When Allie isn’t helping you design your dream home, she likes to travel, spend time with her family, and is the biggest Kansas City Chiefs fan!

Justin started Frampton Homes in 2005 with many years of hands-on experience and background knowledge in the building world. He strives to provide all homeowners with a pleasurable process and quality home while working with us here at Frampton Homes. Justin enjoys getting to know each client and learning how they use their home to be able to find them the perfect lot / floor plan for them to call home! While he's not at work, he likes to spend time with his family, be outdoors, and enjoy lake activities.
