Dani & Justin Frampton have owned and operated Frampton Homes since 2005. Justin is President of Frampton Homes and works directly with all home owners & contractors to make sure your home is exactly what you want and is finished in a timely manner. He uses his years of hands-on experience to manage the quality of each home and takes pride in helping each homeowner create and customize their floor plan wants & needs. Dani also works hands-on with every homeowner to help them stay on track with their budget while achieving their wants/needs of their home!
Allie is our Designer for Frampton Homes. She works directly with each homeowner helping them make design decisions throughout their home building process! We always want to make sure each homeowner is able to represent their individual style through their design picks.
Darrick is our detail-oriented Superintendent who is on-site every day ensuring every step is completed to the Frampton Homes level of expectations. He makes certain the custom details of each design are brought to life through a smooth building process.

Our Mid-Century Modern Ranch swept the awards for the 2017 Home Show Expo in Des Moines, Iowa!
- Best of Show: Featuring a two-story wall of windows, custom floating metal staircase creating an open atmosphere from the upstairs to the lower level, 4 car garage, and a stunning master suite.
- Curb Appeal: Featuring reclaimed wood, cement, and black windows on the exterior with beautiful landscaping!
- Children’s/Guest Room: Featuring a fun splash of color on the ceiling and a live edge bench window seat.
- Kitchen: Featuring Dekton countertops, pop-up outlets in island, hidden refrigerator, walk-in pantry, and room for a huge custom-built dining table for the dining area.
- Layout of Livability: Featuring an open floor plan throughout the entire house allowing you to use the space however you’d like! Perfect for hosting and holding family/friend get-to-togethers.
- Entertainment Room: Featuring an open space with the perfect space for your entertainment needs.
- Craftmanship (2nd place): Featuring many areas of reclaimed wood and custom designs throughout the space.
- Master Suite: Featuring a custom walk-in-closet with lighted shoe shelves, a mini coffee bar, cement shower, and free standing soaking tub.
- Outdoor Living Space & Landscaping: Featuring an outdoor patio space under the covered deck, bonus patio space from the walk out basement, and a custom made putting green in the backyard looking out onto the golf course!

We are excited to announce we are building a Make-A-Wish Charity House for 2020! We have partnered with dozens of amazing companies and contractors to make this possible. All proceeds of this beautifully crafted home will be donated to charity!
This ranch floor plan has a great layout with modern farmhouse design aspects through out the home!
